Spring is in the air and Jharvest is gearing up for another season of fresh, local, organic produce from Oxbow Farm! To celebrate, we will be having a friendly vegetarian recipe competition judged by Seattle food writer Debs Gardner and the farmers from Oxbow! Showcase a family favorite, bring one of your signature dishes, feature a seasonal vegetable, or just bring beverages and come to taste (and vote for!) all of the delicious items.
Winners of the "people's choice," "farmer's choice," and "best locally sourced dish" categories will receive prizes including a tote bag for your Jharvest pick-up, cookbooks, food items, and more! So, come eat, meet friends old and new, and learn more about the Jharvest's innovative venture in Jewish Community Supported Agriculture (CSA).
