Russian food involves so much more than borscht and potatoes, and Irina Vodonos will prove it at this delicious Russian themed cooking class! Irina is a Moscow native, and the creator of Moscow Gourmet Kitchen, which offers Russian cooking classes and dinner parties in the greater Seattle area. She has learned hundreds of traditional recipes from her mother and grandmother, and will teach a hands-on class that showcases the diversity of Russian foods and ingredients and will range from savory eggplant "caviar" to hearty Siberian meat dumplings to simple but delicious apple cake.
