Every other month on the first Friday at Congregation Herzl-Ner Tamid (3700 E Mercer Way)
Egalitarian Conservative Services at 7:30 pm Followed by Shabbat Dinner
Jconnect Seattle is a proud partner for this every-other-monthly Shabbat gathering for Jewish young adults in their 20's and 30's that takes place at Conservative Congregation Herzl Ner Tamid on Mercer Island. This event, which has consistently drawn 70+ participants begins with a lively and musical egalitarian service and is followed by a Shabbat Dinner at the Shul. Services and kiddush are free, dinner is $12 per person or whatever you feel you can afford. RSVP and Pay via Paypal online on the Herzl-Ner Tamid website.
Jconnect Second Friday Shabbat Services and Dinner
Two Separate Shabbat Services at 7:00 pm, Kiddush and Dinner at 8:00 pm
Our popular monthly shabbat program offers two separate Jconnect services: a creative guitar-led service and a lively traditional egalitarian service (without guitar) followed by a kiddush, motzi and a special kosher dinner just for Jconnect participants. Services and kiddush are free, dinner is $12 per person or whatever you feel you can afford. We always ask participants to RSVP in advance (even if they are just coming for services), using our online reservations form .
Beth Shalom's Third Friday Young Adult Shabbat
The Third Friday of every month at Congregation Beth Shalom (6800 35th Ave NE in Ravenna)
Egalitarian Conservative Services at 7:00 pm followed by dinner
Every month, Congregation Beth Shalom's Young Adult Kehillah leads Kabbalat Shabbat and Ma'ariv services and prepares a deliciously kosher vegetarian dinner. Our Third Fridays rock! There is no better place to meet new friends and laugh away the evening. Services begin at 7:30pm in Beth Shalom's Beit Midrash, and dinner follows immediately after in the Social Hall. Every Fourth Friday of the month at Temple de Hirsch Sinai (1511 E Pike in Capitol Hill)
Join other Jewish young adults for Kabbalat Shabbat services. No dinner follows; however, please join us for wine and appetizers before services.
