Join us for a FREE event at the new Galvanize space in Pioneer Square as we re-launch the Jewish Tech Meetup in Seattle with an engaging talk with venture capitalist and startup junkie Greg Gottesman where he'll discuss tips for not going completely crazy if you are an entrepreneur (or thinking about becoming one), with time for networking and schmoozing before and after.

About Greg Gottesman: Managing Director, Madrona Venture Group
Greg joined Madrona in 1997 and currently serves on multiple boards. He is the founder, current board member, and former CEO of Rover.com and also the co-founder of Madrona Labs and Spare5.
Greg serves on the board of UP Global (Startup Weekend) and as the President of the Evergreen Venture Capital Association. He is on the investment committee of the W Fund, a University of Washington-based venture fund focused on early-stage technologies. Greg was previously a board member of the Mercer Island Schools Foundation and the Seattle Repertory Theatre. He is the author of three books. Greg is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington Computer Science & Engineering Department, where he teaches a course on Entrepreneurship. When not working, he spends time with his wife and three kids, watches too much reality TV, and regularly injures himself playing non-contact sports.
Greg graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors and distinction from Stanford University, with honors and distinction from the Harvard Business School, and with honors from Harvard Law School where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
