Traditional Seder, Led by Amee Huppin Sherer
Why is this night different from all other nights? Join us as we sing the traditional prayers and familiar melodies of the Passover Seder – with some fun additions! Come discover new meaning to numbers, symbols and more. Together, we will explore the central themes of the Passover story, so be prepared to participate and ask some great questions and share your memories. We will use the Family Participation Haggadah: A Different Night as we eat, drink, and enjoy this holiday together.
The Interactive Seder, Led by Rabbi Dana Benson
Be ready to take on your very own role in the Passover story! Each year, the Seder asks us to remember the Exodus as though we too were slaves in Egypt. Together we will explore the social justice narratives of this holiday, as well as the implication of understanding oppression in our modern world. Join us as we engage with the central themes of the Passover story through song, laughter, and thoughtful conversation. We will be using the Haggadah, A Night to Remember, to lead us through our journey out of the narrow places in our modern world.
