Tu B'Av is the Valentine's Day of the Jewish calendar - what better way to celebrate then by making your own home-made chocolate.

Pastry chef and chocolatier Laurie Pfalzer of Pastry Craft will teach us how to make 4 delicious chocolate treats - each of which you will be able to take home with you at the end of the evening.
