Join Jconnect for a Sunday afternoon walk around the Washington Park Arboretum and discover the autumn colors.

Meet us at the north end of the Washington Park Arboretum, outside the Botanic Gardens building just past the gate entrance. You can find street parking in Montlake around 26th and Lynn, it’s a very short walk to our meeting spot. There are also several small free parking areas along the north (left) side of E Foster Island Rd, very close to the gate.

What better way to spend a lazy autumn Sunday afternoon after a weekend of possibly late nights? We'll head over to Fuel Coffee in Montlake afterwards for those who feel like grabbing a late afternoon coffee.

We'll go rain or shine, so bring good walking shoes and be prepared with warmth and/or rain layers. We'll be walking for only a few easy miles, with little-to-no elevation.

Curious about what trees and plants we'll see on our walk? Here's a completely overwhelming map of every plant in the Arboretum: https://depts.washington.edu/uwbg/gardens/map.html
