Join us for an exciting class led by our own Josh Furman. At each session we will feature some of the amazing produce from our Oxbow CSA and gardens, making the most of our region's bounty. All supplies are included, and you will leave with a mixture of jams, pickles, liqueurs, or other surprises that Josh has up his sleeve. Everyone is welcome whether you are a canning regular or are interested in trying it out for the first time. Free, but space limited to the first 15 to RSVP in order to keep things hands-on. This month we will be working with stone fruit, apples, pears, beets, and more. Josh will choose recipes based on the interest of the group.
