Cooking with Leora Bloom

In this demonstrative cooking class, Leora Bloom will showing us how to use what the Pacific Northwest has to offer! Leora Bloom was trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She worked as a pastry chef in Washington, DC and San Francisco, and ran her own bakery in Bellevue, Washington. She is the author of Washington Food Artisans: Farm Stories and Chef Recipes, and is a regular contributor to Seattle Times. She’s an avid baker who loves to shop at farmers markets and travel. She lives in Seattle with her husband, three children, and their dog.

The class will be 2 hours long in The Atrium in Pike's Place Market
Cost: $25/person
Space is limited to 15.
