Join Hadar Iron, chef and owner of InFerment, for a cooking class that will take your taste buds on a ride!

Learn about the history and culture of fermenting, the benefits of probiotics in the diet, and the craft of preparing fermented foods. Everyone will leave with a jar of their own home-made sauerkraut and the knowledge and recipes to ferment at home!
