Film Screening – A Kaddish for Bernie Madoff

Wednesday, January 25

7:30pm to 9:30pm
Northwest Film Forum
1515 12th Ave
Seattle WA 98122
Contact: Northwest Film Forum

Created by an all-women trio of Portland filmmakers, A Kaddish for Bernie Madoff is coming to Seattle for a one night premiere at NWFF! This film is very Jewish, a little experimental but still very entertaining (we hope), and is an adaptation of Alicia Jo Rabins' stage show of the same name. It's been getting some great press including the New York Times and the Atlantic, and screened in both the SF and NY Jewish Film Festivals! You can watch a trailer here.

Followed by a Q&A with director Alicia J. Rose, star Alicia Jo Rabins, and producer Lara Cuddy, lead by Rabbi Rachel Nussbaum, co-founder of Kavana Cooperative!

Get tickets here.
