8:30am to 10:30amGrab your hiking shoes and some water, and join Jconnect's Senior Jewish Educator Rabbi Lauren for a hike!
We'll meet at the LOWER trailhead of Evans Creek Preserve (4401 224th Avenue NE, Redmond) at 8:30 am. It's about three miles roundtrip with about 350 feet of elevation gain.
To the lower trailhead (about 30 minutes drive from Hillel):
Take SR 520 to the Redmond Way exit (SR 202). Go right at the fork and proceed 3.8 miles on SR 202 to 224th Ave NE. Turn right, and the trailhead parking area is 500 feet to the south. There are 10 parking spaces (one is ADA-reserved). There is a restroom at the trailhead.
We'll meet up rain or shine (after all, we do live in the PNW!). Wear hiking shoes or shoes that can get dirty - there are spots that will be muddy. We'll bring some trail mix to share!
