Holding and Being Held: Sukkot and Shemini Atzeret

Tuesday, October 06

7:00pm to 8:00pm
Contact: Moishe House Seattle
seattlemoho@gmail.com

During the holiday of Sukkot, we engage in both holding and being held, as we fulfill the mitzvot of holding the lulav in our hands while being held by the walls of the sukkah. The day after Sukkot is Shemini Atzeret, a holiday that is much less-known and understood.

Join us as we dive into learning from Rabbi Aviva Richman of Hadar to explore how these two holidays connect and how we can find meaning in Shemini Atzeret.
