Jconnect Book Club – Session 2/3

Sunday, September 22

11:00am to 12:30pm
Hillel UW
4745 17th Ave NE
Seattle WA 98105

What are our duties to others, to society, and to humanity? How do we live a meaningful life in an age of global uncertainty and instability?

These are the questions we will discuss together while reading Rabbi Jonathan Sacks's book "To Heal a Fractured World." While we head into the High Holiday season, we will discuss what our responsibility is to each other and the world.

Please plan to purchase your own copy of the book, each session will have coffee and brunch served! Please read "Part 2: The Theology of Responsibility" prior to this session!

Please note this is a three-part series. While attendance of all three sections is not mandatory, it will help create a more in depth and cohesive experience.
