Designed for all experience levels, Seattle Studio: Jewish Mindful Movement & Meditation invites participants to slow down, listen inwardly, and cultivate a more embodied relationship with themselves, one another, and Jewish tradition.
Offerings include accessible movement, breathwork, chanting, and guided meditation based on Jewish teachings connected to themes such as rest, gratitude, intention, resilience, compassion, and community.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen an existing practice, this eight-week series offers practical tools drawn from the wisdom, values, and rhythms of Judaism. Each session is designed to stand on its own, and you are welcome to participate in as many as you’d like. Join a supportive community in a warm, inclusive environment dedicated to cultivating greater awareness, compassion, and intention.
No prior experience with movement, meditation, or Jewish practice is required. All bodies, backgrounds, and levels of observance are welcome.
Co-sponsored by Herzl-Ner Tamid Conservative Congregation and Jconnect.
