Lag Ba’Omer Singing Circle

Thursday, May 19

7:00pm to 8:30pm
Wallingford-area Park
(Exact location distributed to attendees)

Join Jconnect in partnership with the Kavana Cooperative and Congregation Beth Shalom to celebrate Lag Ba'Omer through song!

To mark this minor celebratory holiday in the midst of an otherwise sad period in the Jewish calendar, we will be led in song and Torah by local musical artist Chava Mirel, Rabbi Jay LeVine, Rabbi Jill Borodin, and Rabbi Rachel Nussbaum, using melodies from Joey Weisenberg and Deborah Sacks Mintz. We'll be teaching some of Joey and Deborah's beautiful melodies and practicing our communal singing and harmonizing skills. Bring a picnic blanket or camping chair, and come ready to lend your voice to our collective song!

Register here. Please reach out to ashley@hilleluw.org with any questions.
