We are teaming up once again with the delectable Seattle food truck, Napkin Friends, during the week of Passover, bringing a kosher-for-Passover lunch menu to numerous spots all over the city!
This is such a fun way to get your yummy kosher for Passover meal fix!
Menu options will include latke pressed “sandwiches,” such as The Charoset with the Mostest (charoset, roasted root vegetables, caramelized onion, sherry vinegar, thyme, and spinach) and The Dy-Dayanu (braised brisket, spiced tomato jam, romaine, sweet onion, and chimichurri).
