re:connect – Second Friday Shabbat

Friday, December 09

7:00pm to 9:30pm
Hillel UW
4745 17th Ave NE
Seattle WA 98105

Join us for Shabbat with our musical programming featuring local musician Chava Mirel. Our evening begins with an oneg happy half-hour at 7:00 pm. Chava will then lead our musical Kabbalat Shabbat gathering before we'll enjoy a delicious dinner with plenty of good food and good company! This month, we're having BBQ brisket, latkes, applesauce, roasted sweet potatoes with sriracha and lime, lemon-tahini salad with lentils, beets, and carrots. For dessert we'll have chocolate rugelach!

The food served is kosher and supervised by the Va’ad HaRabanim.

Vaccination for COVID-19 is required to attend.

Even if you only intend to join us for oneg and services, please register. If you plan to stay for dinner, you will also be able to purchase dinner for $15 using this form.

RSVP here.
