The morning begins with an hour long, all levels, Yoga practice. Immediately following our practice we will move to the bar to socialize and enjoy a flight of local PNW beer (or mimosa). Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some of Seattle's finest craft beers, and get to know your community.
About the Venue: The Traveler Montlake is a place to meet your friends and family to enjoy the quality atmosphere, service, food and drink. This neighboorhood pub is the place to be. Traveler Montlake has two other locations; the Leary Traveler and the Great Nabob. We could not imagined a better location to get this thing started.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. You must be 21 to attend this event.
What should I bring?
A Yoga mat, water bottle and an attitude of gratitude
What can't I bring to the event?
Your dog and your kids. This is an adult-only outing.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Street Parking is available. Make sure to look out for no parking zones and timed parking areas. No one wants a parking ticket. Using Uber, public transportation, biking, etc is highly encouraged!
