Cookbook Talk at Book Larder

Tuesday, October 20

6:30pm to 8:00pm
Book Larder
4252 Fremont Ave N
Seattle WA 98103

Join us for an outing to Book Larder to hear from chef Michael Solomonov and Steven Cook!

Since 2008, their restaurant Zahav has turned heads for it's modern interpretations of Israeli cuisine. Chef Solomonov has been featured everywhere from the New York Times to Bon Appétit, for his restaurant that exceptionally showcases the diversity of Israeli cuisine. Their newly released cookbook Zahav is a must have that highlights the influence of the Middle East, North Africa, the Mediterranean, and Eastern Europe on Israel's culinary scene.

"All Solomonov's dishes are brilliantly adapted to local and seasonal ingredients. It's a book you'll want to share with friends--my copy is full of flagged recipes I'm eager to make at my next dinner party."

Book Larder will be welcoming chef Michael Solomonov and co-author Steven Cook to Book Larder, where chef Solomonov will show off one of his favorite recipes, answer question about Israeli food, and sign copies of the cookbook.

Please let Josh know if you will be coming!
