Chef Solomonov has been featured everywhere from the New York Times to Bon Appétit, for his restaurant that exceptionally showcases the diversity of Israeli cuisine. Their newly released cookbook Zahav is a must have that highlights the influence of the Middle East, North Africa, the Mediterranean, and Eastern Europe on Israel's culinary scene.
